Event Sponsorship

Xpress will support your RC Communities! If you are an event organizer seeking for a sponsor, please email us a copy of your business license and /or your race event flyer. Depending on the size of your event, we will send you a Sponsor-Pack corresponding to the event size to support your event(s). What we require back simply are photos and/or videos of the event upon completion.

Each Xpress-Sponsor-Pack includes:

Xpress Gift Certificate US$100 (Retail Value)

Flat Rate US$20 shipping charge for each XP-Sponsor-Pack. (You pay US$20 for US$100 retail value)

Different Packages Available

50-100 entries eligible for up to 1 XP-Sponsor-Pack

100-150 entries eligible for up to 2 XP-Sponsor-Pack

200+ entries eligible for up to 3 XP-Sponsor-Pack

Please email csd@rc-xpress.com with a copy of your event flyer along with the number of anticipated / confirmed entries with the subject "XP SPONSOR PACK" and we will be happy to review each one.

Processing Time

We receive lots of sponsorship applications everyday and we need to assess each application case by case, therefore it may take us some time to process your sponsorship application which may take up to 1-4 weeks. Please note that we may not be able to contact all the applicants, if we haven't contacted you after your application in a few weeks, you may consider your application unsuccessful.
